1. Information We Collect

When you use I2R Apps Email Organizer, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Email address and password when you sign up.
• Gmail data: When you connect your Gmail account, we access email metadata (sender, subject, date, snippet) to provide categorization and summary features. We do not store full email bodies.
• Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To categorize your emails using AI.
• To generate daily email summaries.
• To detect and surface action items.
• To manage your subscription and billing.

3. Data Security

Gmail refresh tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use Supabase with row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gmail API: To access and sync your email.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): To categorize emails and generate summaries. Email metadata is sent to the AI for processing.
• Stripe: To process payments.
• Supabase: To store your account data securely.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time, which removes stored email metadata. Deleting your account removes all associated data.

6. Your Rights

You can disconnect Gmail, export your data, or delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
